Description: Compared client V5 regression sites with the VelocityEHS base demo platform. Completed reports for 53 companies using Microsoft Word, summarizing all deviations (configurations and customizations) from the core V5 platform.

Project 3: Customer Success Project Management

Short/Long Term: Short-term (one-and-a-half weeks)
Description: Navigated an Excel spreadsheet of 7500 clients to verify whether or not there were any existent open sales opportunities, if yes, how many, and linking them, and whether or not they had purchased the Control of Work (CoW) module. Also attended weekly Customer Success Leadership meetings.

Project 4: Sales Onboarding Process Documentation

Description: Successfully created a Microsoft Loop workbook to compile information and resources for the Sales department onboarding in a centralized location. This platform featured customized access levels for trainees, mentors, and managers.

Project 6: Product Risk Rating Research & Ideation

Description: Translated annex tables from the PRGS-500 (in German originally) for the Green Chemistry Research, Review & Ideation project. Researched various hazardous chemical risk assessment protocols/guidelines worldwide (Japan, China, Norway, Denmark, Australia, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, etc.), documenting them.

Project 7: Intern Social Event
Key Technology/Software Used: Jeopardy Labs, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook
Short/Long Term: Long term (June-July)
Description: Worked with three other interns at VelocityEHS to run a virtual Jeopardy! event for the CX/OPs department. Collaboratively formed questions for two different games, and worked out the logistics of the event in several meetings leading up to the date of the event. Independently, I coordinated the date, time, and wrote and sent out department-wide communications on Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook. Also, communicated and coordinated with HR, a budget for the event to go towards prizes, and later arranged for the winners to receive their prizes. I moderated and hosted the event.

Project 8: CX Solutions – Data Analysis
Key Technology/Software Used: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, JIRA
Short/Long Term: Two weeks (August)
Description: Analyze the data from 7,132 JIRA tickets from July to identify and assess trends and action items in order to "efficient-ize" the process and address problem/slow areas. Used basic statistics principles, Excel Pivot Tables and built-in computational functions, as well as by-hand arithmetic. Made hypotheses and drew conclusions from the data and the trends I found in the data. Presented my findings to my project supervisors with a PowerPoint presentation to sum up all highlights.
